Welcome to our site

The Selmi company, established in 1965 by Renato Selmi, started its activity as hazelnut paste processing company and only afterwards focused on chocolate processing, thus becoming a specialist in this field. In 1987, when Paolo Selmi joined his father in the manufacturing of tempering and covering machines, a new family run Company arose, which focuses now on the continuous improvement of the machines and their efficiency.
